The Valletta dairy is for sale, located in the Kotraža neighborhood, at the address Vučkovica bb. The mentioned settlement is located on the territory of the municipality of Lučani (Moravički district). The building complex is located on the regional road 180, at a distance of 30 km from Lucan, 55 km from Kraljevo, 35 km from Čačak and 35 km from Požega. From a strategic point of view, the location of the dairy can be rated as average for industrial purposes, given that the main road of Serbia - highway A-2 - is only 35 km from the facility.
