House on Kosmaj - Koračića, at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, in an area known for its air currents, especially beneficial for heart conditions, and just 1.5 km from the summit of Kosmaj. The house has a total area of 160 m² on a 12.5-are plot, consisting of 130 m² of living space, and a 20 m² covered porch made of solid wood and paved with large German tiles.
